Course content includes:

• Managing an emergency and keeping yourself safe
• DR ABC response steps and recovery position
• CPR for adults, children and infants
• Choking – recognising and responding effectively
• Dealing with bleeding, burns, bumps and broken bones
• Managing seizures, fevers, and allergic reactions
• Asthma, croup, diabetes and other common childhood conditions
• When and how to call for help

Led by experienced trainers from Ambulance, Fire & Rescue, and education backgrounds, this course blends practical scenarios with supportive, easy-to-follow instruction.
