Perfect for Volunteers and community groups, this half-day course teaches essential life-saving skills for both adults and children in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Led by experienced trainers with backgrounds in Ambulance Services, Fire & Rescue, and qualified teaching, the course includes practical, hands-on learning tailored to real-life situations.

Learn how to respond confidently to incidents such as choking, CPR, wounds, fevers, and common childhood emergencies. Accredited certification included, along with all training materials and refreshments.
